DISHA

Disha is a post-emergence herbicide of the Aryloxyphenoxy-propionates group and is used for the control of important weeds in Paddy.

Technical Name: Chlorimuron Ethyl 10% + Metsulfuron Methyl 10% WP

Mode of Action: Disha is a rapid inhibitor of plant cell division and growth. It is flexibile to be used as pre-emergent, post-emergent, and direct-seeded rice.

Features and Benefits:

  • Disha works through both contact and residual soil activity, hence providing weed management in rice for a longer period.
  • It is non-volatile & does not dispose of thus does not harm adjacent Crop like mustard, vegetable, fruit Crop, cotton, castor, etc. unless it's directly sprayed on them.

  • It controls a wide range of broad-leaf weeds and sedges, which are present in rice fields such as Cyperus iria, C. difformis, Fimbristylis, Eclipta alba, Ludwigia, Palviflora, Cyanotis axillaris, Monochoria Vaginalis, Marsilea quadrifoliata.
